Job Description
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and present insights to management.
Cash Flow Management: Manage liquidity, monitor receivables and payables, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, prepare forecasts, and track budget variances to support decision-making.
Risk Management: Assess financial risks, implement controls, and stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes.
Team Leadership: Supervise finance staff, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
The Successful Applicant
This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of accounting. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar rolesBachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)Experience in handling local tax regulation (VAT/ CIT/ withholding tax)Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challengesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa IndonesiaAble to supervise junior team members and provide guidanceHigh level of ethics and integrityWhat's on Offer
